Karate Auckland is launching an exciting new competition format designed to maximise the match experience for all competitors. With a guaranteed minimum of two matches per event, athletes will have more opportunities to test their skills and develop their competitive edge.
🔹 Divisions: Development, Intermediate, and Premier.
🔹 Open Entry: All clubs across New Zealand are welcome!
🔹 New Format:
Preliminary Rounds: Round-robin pools of 3–4 competitors.
Advancement: Pool winners progress to quarterfinals or semifinals, followed by knockout rounds to determine the medalists.
League System: Four rounds with cumulative points to crown the overall League Champion!
